Attorney Leo Gabovich earned his Juris Doctor from the Fordham School of Law with a concentration in State and Federal Litigation. He has leveraged his experience as a former New York State Tax Department litigator to represent individuals and businesses in Income, Sales Tax and Residency audits and appeals, as well as helping resolve outstanding tax obligations before the IRS in audits, appeals and collection matters.

After graduating from Fordham Law, Leo Gabovich began his career as a litigator for the New York State Tax Department.

As a litigator, he represented the State before the Division of Tax Appeals and the Tax Appeals Tribunal. After leaving the state tax department, Leo went on to join an International Tax boutique law firm where he would represent clients in Offshore Voluntary Disclosure matters, assisting high-net-worth individuals and royalty in repatriating tax funds to the United States in return for avoiding harsher penalties and potential prosecution.

As a native Long Islander, current resident, and Hofstra Graduate, Ben has worked in various aspects of retail banking, mortgages, financial services, and real estate. He began his career at The Long Island Savings Bank where he continued after graduation when the bank was brought public by Astoria Federal. He later worked as a team leader in a local call center and later moved on as a Client Financial Analyst with Citibank as they acquired European American Bank. Chuck has been at the forefront of sales and marketing strategies since he joined East Coast Abstract in April 2002.  In January of 2005, he was promoted to Director of Business Development, and continued to bring in new clients while expanding ECA's footprint in foreclosure work, 1031 Exchanges and tax lien related searches and title work.

Harold E. Gerry, Jr. is an associate with the law firm of Feldman, Kramer and Monaco, P. C. and is the Supervising Attorney for the Estates Department encompassing Estate Planning, Elder Law, Medicaid and Estate Administration. Her research articles, including, "Legal Implications of Religious Divorce", "Fertility Law" and "Intellectual Property in Divorce Matters" have been published and presented at national and state level conventions including AFCC 2020 and the WBASNY 2019 annual conventions. She is the author of Divorce Reality Check, and a co-author of the 2020 bestseller Networked.

Ms.Harounian has a long history of public service, including pro bono work for The Safe Center. She has raised awareness and funds for a range of social and legal causes on Long Island. She served as an Instructor of Family Law at Hofstra Law School for over ten years, lectures regularly to attorneys, judges, mental health professionals, accountants, and women's groups. She is a sought after speaker for a range of topics including financial and legal empowerment, cultural competency in mediation, fertility law, cyber- harassment, intellectual property, negotiating skills, and mental health / addiction issues. She is fluent in Farsi and well versed in the Jewish Gett and Middle Eastern religion and culture.
